Brad Bunt’s professional career has focused on business development, banking and international relations.
For nearly 30 years he led small business development operations in Texas with Kilgore College’s Small Business Development Center and the North Central Texas Small Business Development Center. He also served as a Vice President with Regions Bank/First United Bank in stimulating economic development creation through SBA loans in the North Texas, East Texas and North Louisiana regions.
Brad Bunt has been associated with the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation since 1997, having volunteered in economic development and training projects in the Foundation’s 10 year-long USAID-sponsored Community Partnerships Project as well as with the Foundation’s Open World Leadership Center programming since 2006. In Ukraine, Brad helped to create the first Small Business Development Center in the community of Romny.
Brad is a small business owner and entrepreneur, as he is President & CEO of Rubicon Investments, Inc.
He has written extensively, authoring, for example, How to Start & Operate a Small Business in Texas, Doing Business with Ukraine, and a feature article in the June 2016 Entrepreneur Magazine.
Mr. Bunt earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Texas (Denton, TX).
