General Philip M. Breedlove is a former Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR #17) and a retired four-star general of the United States Air Force. As the SACEUR, he was also Commander of the US European Command, based in Stuttgart, Germany.

Ian Brzezinski is an American foreign policy and military affairs expert and former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Europe and NATO Policy. Brzezinski is a resident senior fellow with the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security and is a member of the Atlantic Council’s Strategic Advisors Group.

Nico Lange is a Former Chief of Staff for the German Minister of Defense and Senior Fellow at the Munich Security Conference

Ambassador Kurt Volker is a former U.S. Ambassador to NATO, a former Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations, and a distinguished fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).
