Funds for Ukraine Must Pass – Then Those Funds Need to

GIVE UKRAINE WHAT IT NEEDS TO WIN!!!!

At the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation’s Victory for Ukraine or Victory for Putin? Time to Decide summit in the U.S. Capitol last week General Phil Breedlove USAF (ret), former Supreme Allied Commander Europe and member of the Foundation’s Friends of Ukraine Network (FOUN) made a video presentation while he was at the Berlin Security Conference.

I urge you to listen to General Breedlove’s presentation, where he explains we had identified what Ukraine would need to fight and beat the Russians before they invaded in 2014.  

“We knew then, prior to the two invasions of the Ukrainian peninsula and the Donbas the major elements of what Ukraine needed."

“Imagine – imagine – how different this fight may have been if we had acted then on what we already knew."

“History will judge us on how well we have addressed these needs."

We have yet to provide what Ukraine needs to win.
