About ROXOLANA:

Born in Lviv and based in Kyiv, Roxolana was a contestant on The Voice Ukraine; she took part in the National Finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022; since the beginning of Russia's War against Ukraine, Roxolana has been supporting charity initiatives focused on helping children.

A Message from ROXOLANA on the Zaporuka Foundation for Ukrainian Children:

I am ROXOLANA, a Ukrainian singer/songwriter. And together with Zaporuka Foundation, which helps Ukrainian children fight cancer and has supported their families since 2008, we partnered to fundraise money to help children affected by the brutal war that Russia launched against Ukraine. Approximately 500 Ukrainian children were severely wounded during this invasion. Thousands of children can not receive aid because of destroyed hospitals and broken medical equipment.

We aim to raise funds for Zaporuka to purchase crucial medical equipment – a neurosurgical operating table. It will allow us to perform the much-needed surgeries for children who became victims of this war. Before the war, a dedicated hospital in Lviv would perform 190 brain and spinal cord surgeries per year; within the first two months of the full-scale war, the number was already over 80. There are only two specialized operating rooms in Ukraine, one in Kyiv and one in Lviv. Doctors operate in three shifts without days off, days and nights.

By purchasing this equipment, we will be able to increase the hospital's capabilities and, therefore, save more lives. You help save hundreds of children's lives by donating, providing them with life-saving treatment, and giving hope for the good life they deserve.
