Speakers:

General Philip M. Breedlove is a former Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR #17) and a retired four-star general of the United States Air Force. As the SACEUR, he was also Commander of the US European Command, based in Stuttgart, Germany.

General Breedlove is a member of the National Security Task Force of the Friends of Ukraine Network (FOUN) an initiative of the U.S. Ukraine Foundation.

Ian Brzezinski is an American foreign policy and military affairs expert. Brzezinski is a resident senior fellow with the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security and is a member of the Atlantic Council’s Strategic Advisors Group.

Debra L. Cagan  - Senior advisor at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center, a distinguished fellow at the Transatlantic Leadership Network, and a senior advisory board member for StrategEast. Former Department of State and Department of Defense career officer with over 30 years of domestic and international experience advancing U.S. national security interests.

Ambassador John E. Herbst - Senior director of the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center and served for 31 years as a foreign service officer in the U.S. Department of State, retiring at the rank of career minister. He was U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine from 2003 to 2006, when he worked to enhance U.S.-Ukrainian relations, help ensure the conduct of a fair Ukrainian presidential election, and prevent violence during the Orange Revolution. Prior to that, he was Ambassador to Uzbekistan (2000-03), where he played a critical role in the establishment of an American base to help conduct Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

Ambassador Herbst is a Chair of the National Security Task Force of the Friends of Ukraine Network (FOUN) an initiative of the U.S. Ukraine Foundation.

Ambassador Kurt Volker is a former U.S. Ambassador to NATO, a former Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations, and a distinguished fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).
