On Wednesday, March 30 Grassroots Comedy D.C. hosted its Super Spectacular Comedy Show for Ukrainian Relief at Kramer Books and Afterwords Café. All funding went to support the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation’s Operation Ukraine Airlift initiative, which is provide life-saving aid to Ukrainians in need.
Featured local comics included Jared Stern, Sara Hernaandez, Simone, Jenny Cavellero, Dana Fleitman, and more.
Grassroots Comedy D.C. hosts stand-up comedy fundraisers to benefit local nonprofit partners each month and educate their audience on important issues. The organization’s mission: to make humans laugh while improving humanity.
