The current level of tension between Russia and the West has led many experts to look to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe for solutions. In a new publication, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung has asked experts from 14 member states, including Russia and the United States, to assess the perception of the OSCE in their countries. The panelists will discuss the conclusions of this report and the importance of continued cooperative security in the future.
**Reinhard Krumm, Head, Regional Office for Cooperation and Peace in Europe, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung
**Kyle Parker, Chief of Staff, U.S. Helsinki Commission
Moderator:  **Matthew Rojansky, Director, Kennan Institute
NOTE: An assumption has been made that Ukraine will be part of this discussion given OSCE’s active presence there.
