The 2009 Annual Giving Campaign Has Begun!
Support the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation!
The U.S.-Ukraine Foundation’s 2009 Annual Giving Campaign has begun! This campaign represents the Foundation’s major source for unrestricted financial support for its projects and activities during the year. The Foundation has set ambitious goals relating to its 2009 programs, but needs your help in carrying them out.
Your participation is requested: While 540 “awesome” donors supported our 2008 campaign, we know that we can include many more individuals and organizations to our “circle of friends.” Take the step in joining our mission for Ukraine … as we set our sights in reaching 700+ supporters in 2009!
Your generosity is requested: Our total gifts from individuals and companies totaled over a quarter of a million dollars in 2008. That is a fantastic number, but we realize our effectiveness can only be increased through your financial generosity. We challenge our friends and supporters to increase total gift-giving to the Foundation by 40% in 2009 so that we can raise $350,000+ for our programs through our 2009 Annual Giving Campaign.
If you have never given a gift previously to the Foundation, NOW is that perfect time! Remember, gifts made now – before December 31 – are eligible to be tax-deductible for 2008 Federal income tax purposes.
If you are a past donor to the Foundation, we thank you for your generosity and urge you to support us once again.
Your generosity makes a statement that you support the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation’s programs. That is most important today as the Foundation’s activities are without significant U.S. Government assistance. Please help by giving generously!
